209. a new furry friend who just showed up on CJ’s birthday—she’s a beautiful calico, very scrawny, but extremely friendly. we haven’t seen her in the neighborhood before, so are thinking she was dropped off at the corner near our house. if she is someone else’s cat, i hope they don’t mind that she seems to have adopted us!
